One of the Benefits of Fasting For Healing Body

One of the benefits of fasting for health is a healing process that occurs more rapidly. So the opinion "should not fasting when the body does not fit" may have to be reviewed for specific diseases and conditions. Because fasting is one of the things that are good for physical or spiritual health.

When we are sick, our body's cells are damaged. The more severe the disease we are, the more cells are damaged. In these circumstances, the body begins the healing process in several stages.


The first is when the body recognizes there is a problem in some systems. For example when a cold, our bodies are able to mark and scan for signs such as the flu is coming. On a typical day, when we consume a variety of food, whether it's a big meal or snack, your body is constantly working hard with a tight schedule. Therapy with this fast is known to improve the condition of the body when experiencing arthritis, various types of digestive disorders, problems with skin conditions, asthma and cardiovascular disease.

So do not be lazy to do the fasting. Lots of fasting Sunnah which is beyond the month of Ramadan. We can be more healthy with healthy habits as well. Should not be fasting as an excuse for the lazy. Due to the fast should we be more healthy to undergo daily activities - day.
